Polish & American Women Entrepreneurs
Polish and American Women Entrepreneurs (PAWE) is headquartered and registered in New York City as 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. PAWE has started with a focus on Polish and American women but now assists all EU-based female entrepreneurs entering or already present on the US and EU markets and who would like to expand their operations on both sides of the Atlantic. We collaborate with international institutions and women’s organizations in these markets to advocate for women entrepreneurs and to overcome challenges they face.
PAWE has been recognized by the US and Polish government institutions. The New York City Council lauded it “for its incredible commitment and contribution to building bridges for women professionals and entrepreneurs in the United States and Poland.” The Polish Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology in turn praised PAWE for “unconditional and solid support for women entrepreneurs”.
We work with companies committed to diversity and inclusion, providing them with an effective platform in order for them to become leaders in diversity, to attract top talent and to enable women entrepreneurs to develop their businesses.
Polish and American Women Entrepreneurs organization aims to be a driving force that will allow for a more inclusive and sustainable economy. We want to encourage and inspire women to take on leadership roles and to develop their businesses in a socially responsible way on both sides of the Atlantic.
Our mission is to develop a transatlantic dialogue and network of successful women leaders and business owners through growing a supportive ecosystem that allows them to gain wider visibility for their business, increase leadership competence, access capital, navigate and influence government regulations and create meaningful connections.
